Oliver Bellasi has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, beginning as a Banquet Coordinator at The Shilla Hotels & Resorts from September 1995 to April 1997. Following this role, Oliver served as a Restaurant Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and later worked as a Convention Sales Manager at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts. Oliver transitioned to food and beverage management at Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern before taking on the role of Sales Director at Rational International AG. Additionally, Oliver worked as an Inspector for Kontrollstelle L-GAV des Gastgewerbes and contributed to projects and development at Compass Group (Schweiz) AG from April 2001 to April 2006.
