Hadar Marcus

Hadar Marcus is an experienced professional in employee experience and public relations, currently serving as the Employee Experience & CSR Manager at Plarium since May 2023. Previously, Hadar held the role of People Experience and Ops Manager at OpenWeb, where responsibilities included developing a global employee experience strategy and managing various employee wellbeing initiatives. Experience also includes serving as Communications and Event Manager at The Israel Builders Association, where Hadar organized annual events and executed wellness programs, and working as Public Relations Manager for both The Israel Builders Association and ConTech. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication and Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, both from the University of Haifa.
