Located in beautiful Lake Geneva Wisconsin, we are ISO 13485 and FDA registered and assist in product design, development and manufacturing for medical devices, components and disposables.  ISO Class VI Clean Room, ISO Class VIII Manufacturing.  We emphasize early design involvement to optimize manufacturability and cost.

We have extensive experience in the development and manufacturing of custom syringes for prefilled pharmaceutical applications using COC and COP polymers.

Insert moldig for medical applications as well as other highly technical insert molding applications are also done at Plas-Tech Engineering.
