David A. Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program management, corporate leadership, and strategic growth across various industries. Notable achievements include leading the SEAWOLF AN/BSY-2 program at General Electric Company as Senior Program Manager, driving significant revenue increases as President & CEO of The MOREY Corporation and Optellios, Inc., and implementing successful growth strategies at organizations such as IAC Acoustics and EMS Technologies. David's leadership roles also include serving as Director for Plascore, Inc., and Independent Director for American Private Water Group and Gallagher Fluid Seals.
