Douglas Johnston

Douglas Johnston has over 25 years of experience in maintenance, currently serving as a Maintenance Mechanic III at Plascore Inc. since September 1995, where expertise spans all aspects of maintenance including electrical controls and control panel construction. Prior to this role, Douglas worked at G&T Industries from October 1983 to September 1995 as a Maintenance Mechanic, gaining progressive on-the-job training in machine maintenance, fixture and jig construction, and the relocation of machinery across multiple plants. Douglas received education from GRCC between 1997 and 1999, focusing on job enhancement, AutoCAD, PLC programming, pneumatics, and controls, and has a foundational background from Rockford Senior High.
