Shawn Brown

Shawn Brown is an experienced network security professional currently serving as the Network Security Manager at PLASKOLITE since May 2020. Prior roles include Network Solutions Architect at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. from October 2016 to May 2020, and Senior Network Engineer at IGS Energy from April 2014 to October 2016. Shawn also worked as a System Engineer on a contract basis for Gap Inc., supporting the Infrastructure Team in early 2014. Prior to these positions, Shawn held the role of Network Architect at The Ohio State University Medical Center from July 2007 to February 2014, overseeing a team of engineers responsible for network infrastructure changes. Shawn’s career began at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. as an Engineering Coordinator from May 1999 to July 2007, where expertise was provided in network infrastructure design and support for Honda facilities. Educational background includes studies in Microcomputing Technology at Columbus State Community College and a diploma in Computer Business Technology from Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical Schools.
