Tim Ling

Timothy Ling has extensive experience in environmental management and civil engineering, currently serving as Corporate Environmental Director at PLASKOLITE since August 1999 and as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Ohio Manufacturers' Association Energy Group since March 2015. Timothy contributes to the Florida Institute of Technology as a member of the Civil Engineering Advisory Committee, having previously held the roles of Chair from 2006 to 2009 and Secretary for 2024-2025. With a strong background in public presentations, Timothy has been a plenary speaker and workshop presenter at various conferences, including the Annual Sustainability and Environmental Health and Safety Symposium and the Annual Environmental Permitting in Ohio Conference. Timothy holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Highest Honor from the Florida Institute of Technology, complemented by research experience and a foundational education in Australia.
