Chance Oster has extensive experience in engineering and quality management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Plasman since February 2022, Chance leads engineering efforts, supports new business initiatives, and oversees engineering changes. Previously held roles at Dura Automotive Systems LLC included Engineering Manager and Quality Manager, managing multiple automotive programs and a team of engineers and technicians. Earlier experiences include positions at Automotive Lighting as a Supplier Quality Engineer and at Sarge’s as General Manager. Chance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee Southern.
