Patrick Bohn is a Wet and Dry Lab Scientist passionate about advancing knowledge through sequencing-based technologies, particularly in the fields of RNA, viruses, and Nanopore sequencing. They served as a Scientific Assistant at Uniclinic Essen in 2019, establishing protocols for the characterization of arenaviruses, and are currently a Doctoral Researcher at the Graduate School of Life Sciences, focusing on RNA structural probing methods. Patrick also contributed as a PHD Graduate Student at the Helmholtz Institute for RNA-based Infection Research, where they developed innovative sequencing strategies.
