Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at Oilgear UK (December 2016 - August 2019) and Hydraulic Engineer at The Oilgear Company (September 2012 - November 2016), as well as Aircraft Mechanical Craftsperson at BAE Systems (September 2009 - August 2012). Tom holds A levels in Information Technology from Selby College, completed in 2007.
