Tom Walsh

Tom Walsh is currently serving as Plant Technical Team Lead at Plasmor Limited since September 2023, overseeing the efficient use of labor, machinery, and materials in production operations. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Westmill and Stephenson from October 2022 to September 2023 and April 2021 to November 2022, respectively, focusing on reactive and planned maintenance. Tom has also held positions at Oilgear Towler UK as Supervisor and Works Manager where responsibilities included managing production and dispatch targets and collaborating on manufacturing strategy development from September 2019 to April 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at Oilgear UK (December 2016 - August 2019) and Hydraulic Engineer at The Oilgear Company (September 2012 - November 2016), as well as Aircraft Mechanical Craftsperson at BAE Systems (September 2009 - August 2012). Tom holds A levels in Information Technology from Selby College, completed in 2007.
