Michael Duff currently serves as Vice President of Operations at PLA since February 2022, previously holding the position of Regional Director. Prior to PLA, Michael worked at 48forty Solutions from May 2014 to January 2022, where roles included General Manager, Plant Manager, and Assistant Plant Manager. Michael’s earlier experience includes serving as a Platoon Sergeant in the Oklahoma National Guard from April 2001 to September 2019, responsible for the welfare and discipline of 39 soldiers, and as Assistant Production Manager at Trans-Tech L.L.C. from January 2005 to May 2014. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.
