Jeff Montgomery

Jeff Montgomery is currently the AVP of Learning and Development at Plastic Express since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC from February 2002 to February 2021 where Jeff held various positions such as Rail and Logistics Team Lead, Operations Superintendent, and Operations Technician. Jeff managed transport of rail shipments and led a team of unionized operators to ensure safe and consistent production of polypropylene products. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
