Robert Sheninger

Robert Sheninger, CSP, CSHM, CSR-P, serves as the Chief EHS Officer at Plastic Ingenuity since August 2025. Previously, Robert held the position of Vice President of Health, Safety & Environment at Darigold, where significant improvements in safety culture were made, including a 37% reduction in recordable incidents and a 45% decrease in lost time incidents. Experience also includes leadership roles at McGriff, Talos Energy, Aker Solutions, Cameron, Avery Dennison, and Dresser, Inc. Robert's educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from Salisbury University.
