Sudesh John

Sudesh John is a seasoned and versatile leader currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at PLASTIC WAX, where they drive culture setting, learning and development, and organizational development interventions. With strategic transformation experience, Sudesh has previously held roles in human resources at various organizations, including IBM, Diageo, and Mu Sigma Business Solutions. They completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from Annamalai University. Sudesh has also contributed to corporate relations at Edith Cowan University and served as a Services Officer at TAFE NSW.
