Casper Koster

Casper Koster has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and marketing field. Casper started their career as a Research Engineer at Mitsubishi Electric Corp. in Japan from July 1994 to July 1995. Casper then joined Weidmann Plastics Technology AG in Switzerland as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for setting up the French market and managing international projects from February 1996 to December 2001. In January 2002, Casper became a Key Account Manager at Weidmann Plastics Technology AG, acquiring a major order to enter the North-American market. Casper then moved to Weidmann Plastics Technology North America Inc. in April 2004 as a Key Account Manager for the USA, where they managed the growing business with Daimler-Chrysler and led an injection molding plant startup. Casper joined Plaston in September 2006 as a Team Leader Sales & Marketing and Key Account Manager. Casper later became the Sales Director BU Packaging, responsible for sales activities worldwide for packaging solutions. From September 2020 to May 2022, Casper served as the Team Leader Packaging Worldwide at Plaston, managing key account managers and ensuring financial results for the packaging unit. Currently, Casper is the Sales Director at Plaston, starting in April 2023.

Casper Koster attended Collège de Staël from 1985 to 1989. The specific degree and field of study during this time are unknown. After completing their studies at Collège de Staël, Casper went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Material Science at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Casper enrolled in the program from 1989 to 1994.
