Luis Gaspar

Chef Executivo

Luis Gaspar is currently the Executive Chef at Plateform, a position held since 2013. They served as a Team Coach for the Portugal National Team at the Senior Olympic Cooking Team from 2016 to 2021 and were also a Junior Chef for the Portugal Junior National Team. Previously, Luis worked at Pestana Palace as a Cozinheiro de 3ª and held several positions at Grande Real Villa Itália, including Cozinheiro de 2ª. In 2017, they were honored as Chef of the Year by Edições do Gosto and also served as a Brand Ambassador for Terra do Bacalhau from 2019 to 2021.
