In 1999, Webb joined sNET Corporation as a Sr. Enterprise Architect. Webb then co-founded Cybershield Networks, Inc. in 2004, where they served as the CTO and Interim-CEO. In 2006, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the VP of Technology. Finally, in 2012, they became the Chief Technology Officer at PlateSmart Technologies.
