Maximo Graesse is a co-founder of Alliancen for Ansvarlig Fødevareproduktion and PLATEWISE, where they work to enhance food supply chains and promote regenerative farming practices. They hold a Master of Science from BI Norwegian Business School, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the same institution. Prior to their current ventures, Maximo completed a chef trainee program at Restaurant Facil in Berlin.
