David Jones has extensive experience in both the aerospace and brewing industries. Currently serving as a Weapons Systems Integration professional at Platform Aerospace since October 2018, David also holds the position of CEO at SOMD / Dick Brothers Brewing since January 2011. In addition to these roles, David has been involved with Craft Beer Cuisine Adventure Charters as a Captain/Mate since 2013 and co-founded Nutmeg Brewhouse, where David served as Head Brewer from 2014 to 2016. Earlier career experience includes working as an Engineer/Program Manager at Naval Air Systems Command from 2001 to 2012. David holds a Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in Energy and Environment, from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
