Tim Heely

Tim Heely has a robust background in aviation and defense, highlighted by a career spanning over three decades with the US Navy, where Tim served as a naval aviator and held the position of PEO Unmanned Systems and Strike Weapons. Following military service, Tim led as President at SPARTA/Cobham Analytic Solutions from May 2008 to February 2010 and later served as VP for UAS and Naval Aviation at Cobham until December 2012. Tim's academic credentials include a BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Aeronautical Engineering from the US Naval Postgraduate School.
