Jodie Roberts has over 20 years of experience in the Marketing, Insights, Consumer Trends, and Customer Experience (CX) industries across Europe and APAC. They served as the UK General Manager and Account Director EMEA at GfK, managing a variety of high-profile client portfolios, and later held the position of APAC Regional Director. Currently, Jodie is the CX Account Director and Client Development & Communications Director at Platform One, overseeing a range of CX programs. Jodie holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Economics in Marketing from The University of Queensland. Outside of work, they enjoy running, volunteering as a surf lifesaver, and spending time outdoors with their family.
