Builders at heart, our founders are both long-serving veterans of the construction industry. One dedicated his time to construction management, while the other focused on the art and science of construction recruitment. Over the course of their careers, they both began to notice a problematic gap in the industry.

Stuck between soaring recruitment fees and ambitious business goals, many construction companies were struggling to secure staff at a rate they could afford. Finding a win-win for companies and construction professionals was a tough ask. But this seemingly unsolvable problem became the catalyst for their groundbreaking new venture – Platform Outsourcing.

Now well-established, Platform Outsourcing offers a better way for Australian construction companies to recruit the talent they need. You get the exact staff you need for every project, while we handle the technicalities of remote work.
