Customer Success Manager

Ben Seger has extensive experience in account management and customer service, having worked as an Account Manager at ORBCOMM from August 2021 to April 2023, where responsibility included managing over 400 client accounts and multitasking various projects efficiently. Prior to this role, Ben served as a Customer Service Specialist at Trimble Transportation from October 2017 to July 2021, contributing to the ELD Migration team and acting as an ELD subject matter expert aligned with FMCSA regulations.
