Ellen Krenz

Ellen Krenz is a seasoned instructional designer and training specialist with extensive experience in developing and managing training programs. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Platform Science since February 2022, Ellen has previously held various roles at Verizon Wireless from March 2009 to February 2022, including Instructional Design Consultant and Senior Trainer in Learning and Development. In these positions, Ellen was responsible for designing training content for employees at all levels, managing projects, and facilitating training sessions focused on customer experience and performance improvement. Ellen holds a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Liberal Arts degree with a focus on History and Ancient & Medieval Studies from Bethany Lutheran College.
