Jeff Hall has extensive work experience in roles related to customer service and technical support. Jeff started their career at Sun Electric Corp as a Technical Support Supervisor from 1984 to 1994. Jeff then worked at Eaton Truck Components as a Product support and Marketing specialist from 1996 to 2002. At Qualcomm, Jeff held the positions of Field Engineer, Senior from 2004 to 2006 and Customer Service Specialist, Staff from 2006 to 2013. During their time at Qualcomm, they managed Omnitracs Service Centers across the USA, handled customer disputes, and wrote technical publications. From 2013 to 2018, Jeff worked at Omnitracs, LLC as a Customer Service Specialist, Staff, focusing on customer support. Jeff is currently serving as the VP Field Engineering/Customer Support at Platform Science since 2018.
Jeff Hall attended the University of Phoenix from 1997 to 1999. Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management during their time at the university.
