Tara Clark

Tara Clark possesses extensive experience in technical support and customer service across various industries, including fleet management, healthcare diagnostics, and medical devices. Currently serving as Sr. Customer Technical Support at Platform Science since June 2019, Tara aids fleet mechanics and installers with the Connected Vehicle Device. Previous roles include Customer IT Technical Support at ImpediMed, where collaboration with the sales team was essential for the installation of the SOZO device, and Technical Support Manager at Quidel, focusing on diagnostics education. Tara’s leadership capabilities were further developed as Supervisor of Customer Technical Support at Tandem Diabetes Care. Earlier positions include roles in quality control and technical services across multiple companies. Tara holds an Associate of Science degree in Telecommunications from Grossmont College and has completed relevant coursework in biology and chemistry.
