Travis Raup

Travis Raup is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in customer support and web development. Currently serving as Manager of Support Elite, Americas at Platform.sh since May 2019, Travis has held various roles, including Elite Support Engineer and Technical Account Manager, where responsibilities included technical onboarding and assisting customer development teams. Prior to this, Travis worked at Restek Corporation from April 2013 to April 2019, leading a global web project and guiding the Digital Marketing Group through system transitions while implementing modern development tools. Earlier experience includes programming roles at Penn State University and the American Anthropological Association. Travis holds a degree in Information Technology from Juniata College.
