Caleb Holmes

Caleb Holmes, CFA, serves as Vice President. As a member of the acquisitions team, Caleb’s primary responsibility is for financial modeling, market analysis and supporting all aspects of the acquisition and underwriting process across Platform Ventures’ various investment vehicles. Additionally, he works with joint venture partners and lenders, and assists with asset management of portfolio investments. Caleb is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Kansas.
