Tim Siddiq was born and raised in Kabul, Afghanistan, and relocated to Indianapolis in 1979 due to the communist war. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ball State University in 1993, Tim joined Merchandise Warehouse, a family-owned business founded by their grandfather in 1951, and ascended from warehouseman to President and CEO by 2008. Tim oversaw significant growth and innovation, including a notable expansion in refrigerated space and advanced technology implementations. Currently, Tim serves as Senior Advisor at Platform Ventures while maintaining the role of Vice President at Merchandise Realty Corporation. Tim is actively involved in the community and enjoys coaching soccer, fishing, and hunting with family.
