Anders Perméus is the CEO and Founder of Pactumize and the Founder of Lexly (Avtal24 & Agreement24). With extensive experience in legal tech and corporate law, Anders has served as Senior Legal Counsel at Platform24 since 2024 and has held various legal partner positions at several firms from 1995 to 2013. In addition to being a litigation lawyer, Anders has also contributed to academia as a teacher at Stockholm University's Law Faculty from 1996 to 2019. Anders holds a LL.B. from Stockholm University and an LL.M. from Heidelberg University, and has gained international exposure through Erasmus studies at Kiel University and the University of Vienna.
