Sara Ceder

Sara Ceder is the Head of Professional Services at Platform24, where they are responsible for the delivery of customer solutions and lead a team focused on implementation and support of a healthtech SaaS platform. Previously, they served as the Team Manager for Professional Services and acting Head of Customer Success at the same organization, overseeing customer engagement and strategic initiatives. With a background in management consulting, Sara has also held positions at Ascend Consulting AB and Telia, driving transformation and sales excellence in customer-centric environments. They hold a Master of Science in Engineering Mathematics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lund University.
