Mark Ruggles

Mark Ruggles has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mark started their career as a Sales & Business Development professional at Metropolitan Fibersystems (MFS)/UUNET from 1997 to 1999. In this role, they worked on providing telecommunication products such as long distance and internet access.

In 1999, Mark joined Intermedia Communications as a Sales Representative, where they specialized in Telecommunications Sales, IP-PBX, Cloud Solutions, and VoIP. Intermedia Communications later became a subsidiary of Verizon Business in 2001.

In the year 2000, Mark founded Platform28, where they served as the CEO. Platform28 offers cloud communication solutions for various industries and integrates with social media platforms like Twitter. As the CEO, Mark focused on delivering improved business productivity and scalability for organizations.

Mark Ruggles attended Michigan State University from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business.
