Niranjan Joshi is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and product development, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Platform9, where responsibilities include engineering excellence for virtualization and Kubernetes product lines. Prior to Platform9, Niranjan held significant roles at Alef, including VP of Product Architecture and Director of Engineering, where contributions involved enhancing the company’s edge platform and strengthening engineering practices. Previous experience includes a tenure at Cisco as a Technical Leader and Technical Architect, focusing on high-capacity packet core gateways, as well as a decade at Nokia Bell Labs in various R&D roles. Niranjan holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications from COEP Technological University.
