Ben Broad

Ben Broad has extensive work experience in various roles. Ben started their career in 2008 as a Program Director and Israel Trip Leader at Camp Young Judaea. In 2009, they worked as a Video Production Intern at StyleBoston and as a Production Intern and later as an Event Coordinator at PlatformQ. Ben then joined Prospectiv in 2011 as a Publisher Accounts Executive and later became an Account Manager.

In 2012, Ben returned to PlatformQ as a Project Manager, CSM, and later as a Senior Project Manager, CSM. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Senior Manager of Project and Product Innovation. From 2017 to 2020, Ben held the position of Director of QA and Product at PlatformQ. In 2020, they became the Director of Product Support and Education, and in 2022, they were promoted to the role of Director of QA and Product Support.

Additionally, in 2015, Ben worked as a Producer and Artist Outreach at Boston Rock/Talk. Throughout their career, Ben has gained experience in project management, customer support, product innovation, and team leadership.

Ben Broad attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2005 to 2009, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Spanish. In 2008, they also had a brief study abroad experience at the Universidad de Granada, although it is not specified whether they earned a degree or pursued any specific field of study there. Furthermore, in February 2014, Ben obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
