David Wolf

David Wolf has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance industry. David started their career at Crowe Chizek as a Commercial Audit Staff, focusing on audits of portfolio companies of private equity firms. David then moved on to Ernst & Young, where they served as a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Manager. In this role, they provided financial and accounting due diligence advice to private equity and corporate buyers, and also assisted sellers in preparing their businesses for sale. Currently, David is working at Platinum Equity, where they have held various positions including Senior Vice President, Principal, and currently, Managing Director. In their role at Platinum Equity, they are responsible for conducting due diligence, modeling, negotiations, and financing of acquisitions, as well as overseeing existing portfolio companies.

David Wolf earned a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1997. David subsequently obtained a certification as a CPA from the Illinois Board of Examiners in the same year.
