Troy Mayer is the current General Manager of Platinum Parking in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University from January 2013 to January 2022, teaching law enforcement classes and providing real life experience in the field. Troy was also a police officer with the New Castle County (DE) Government from November 2001 to June 2017, where they were responsible for patrol, investigations, crisis negotiations, community relations, and interviews. In August 2017, Troy left their position as a police officer to become a new car salesman for Porter Chevrolet. Troy was with Porter Auto Group until September 2021 when they left to join the Delaware Department of Corrections as a corrections officer.
Troy Mayer has a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from LaSalle University.
They are on a team with Maria K. Puckett - District Manager, Jose Ponce - Regional Operations Manager, and Chuck Stills - Vice President of Operations. Their manager is Matt Adey, Executive Vice President.
