Platinum Payments was founded by industry veterans who wanted to offer the best possible merchant processing solution to their customers. They were tired of worrying about the next rate increase being passed down from the big processors and banks.  Platinum Payments offers programs where businesses and merchants need not fear about extra markup constantly being added to their account and they can focus on growing their business instead of managing fees.

Most of the payment experts at Platinum Payments have years of experience and have worked for other companies.  They came to Platinum Payments because they want to offer the best service and programs available, all with no long term contract.  They are drawn to the attention to customer satisfaction and the willingness to go above and beyond to help merchants succeed.  Platinum Payments’ rate guarantee helps keep customers longer and helps employees build the long term relationship with their clients that they want.

Platinum Payments has partnered with Banks, Credit Unions, and other organizations to offer their customers and clients an exceptional service at a great value, while allowing them to grow a great portfolio of customers.  The focus on the long term relationship helps financial institutions keep a good relationship with their customers instead of having to explain why their credit card merchant fees have gone through the roof again.

Platinum Payments Merchant Services loves to partner with schools, chambers of commerce, and other charitable organizations to help them prosper and have an additional revenue stream to achieve their lofty goals.  In fact, a percent of all profit is donated to not-for-profit organizations who provide for the well-being of the community and those in need.  Employees are also encouraged to donate of their time and resources for the betterment of their communities.  Platinum Payments participates in many local chambers of commerce and local organizations.
