Khashy Eyn

Khashy Eyn is the founder and CEO of Platinum Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage based in New York City. Khashy established the company in 2005 and has achieved significant success, including closing high-profile deals and surpassing $500 million in transactions in 2021. Notable achievements include the $250 million sale of 116 John Street and leasing the highest priced per-square-foot rental at 1 North Moore for $85,000 a month. In 2009, Khashy Eyn also founded Ankor Management, where they served as founder until 2019.

Khashy Eyn attended Baruch College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Real Estate.
