Jacob Posluns, CSM, serves as the Sr. Project Manager at Plative since October 2021, leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. Jacob has a robust background in project management, having previously held roles as Project Manager and BA/Project Manager at Deloitte Digital, where data analysis and business process improvements were emphasized. Their early career includes positions such as Co-Owner of Yom-Tov Services, Program Coordinator at Shaarei Shomayim, and various roles at BMO Financial Group that focused on operational efficiencies. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management with a Finance Minor from Ryerson University, a Product Management Certificate from Product School, and is pursuing CSC Levels I & II from the Canadian Securities Institute.
