Denis Carignan

Denis Carignan is an experienced leader in the fields of Indigenous impact and innovation, currently serving as President and Chief Impact Officer at PLATO Testing since September 2016, as well as President of Kiya Mâka Consultants Inc. since August 2017. Previously, Denis held various significant roles at PLATO Sask Testing, including A/Managing Director, and at Indigenous Affairs and Northern Development Canada, where responsibilities encompassed regional leadership in corporate services for the Saskatchewan region. Denis's career also includes roles with Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada and HRSDC Service Canada, focusing on education, social development, and citizen services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from First Nations University of Canada.
