Joel Vautour

Joel Vautour is the Director of Corporate Services at PLATO, where they lead HR, IT, Security, Facilities, and Talent Acquisition teams, fostering a workplace grounded in respect and inclusion. With over 30 years in the IT industry, they began their career in government before transitioning to the startup world, where they developed a passion for building and scaling organizations. Joel co-founded NLU Technologies and currently serves as the Chief Security Officer at PLATO Testing. They are driven by the desire to create environments where people and systems collaborate seamlessly, while staying attuned to emerging technologies and innovative ideas.
