Platocom operates at the intersection of AI infrastructure investment, enterprise data strategy, and expert data-center management — with a strong awareness of how Big Tech’s AI build-out is reshaping both urban and rural communities.

We support Agenda 2063 and the BIASHARA 2063 mandate by partnering with African governments, public institutions, and universities to deliver foundational digital capacity — including data warehouse strategy, national broadband deployment, and AI-ready infrastructure planning — while respecting each government’s unique data security requirements and regulatory standards.

Our work spans:
• AI-era data center planning, migration, and lifecycle management
• Data warehouse architecture, governance, and security for policymaking
• Cloud and hybrid compute strategy for government and multilateral clients
• Broadband and backbone connectivity planning to close national gaps
• ESG-aligned power, water, and land strategy for AI and HPC facilities
• Academic and government capacity-building aligned to Agenda 2063 outcomes
• Advisory on data sovereignty, classification, and cross-border compliance

Platocom’s thesis is simple: the AI economy is now a physical economy — measured in megawatts, megabytes, and where fiber and compute are built. We help governments and institutions shape that future intentionally, not reactively.
