Denzyl Feigelson

Denzyl Feigelson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Denzyl currently serves as the CEO & Co-Founder of Platoon since March 2016. Prior to this, they worked at Apple from 2002 onwards, where they held the position of Special Projects. Denzyl also worked for iTunes, Apple, Apple Music during the same time period, serving as a Music Synergist. Feigelson also worked as an Advisor at Sunshine starting from February 2016. In 2011, they joined Kano Computing as a member of the Advisory Board. Before that, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company as a Music Strategist from January 2006 to January 2012. In 1997, Feigelson founded AWAL, an organization that empowered independent artists and labels to distribute their music digitally. AWAL was acquired by Kobalt in 2012. Denzyl began their career in 1989 as an Artist Manager at Next Step Inc and later worked as a Tour Producer for Paul Simon/Graceland, where they were involved in album recording coordination, tour production, and artist management from 1982 to 1988.

Denzyl Feigelson attended Sonoma State University from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained a Diploma in Music Therapy, Music, and Psychology. Denzyl also studied Experimental Psychology and Music at New Mexico State University, although specific dates and degree information are unknown.
