Balder Onarheim is the Founder and CEO of PlatoScience, which focuses on non-invasive neuromodulation to enhance mental health since August 2015. In addition, Balder serves as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Central Lancashire and supervises a PhD project at the University of Adelaide, where the research investigates creativity training as a treatment for PTSD. Balder has held academic positions as a University Lecturer at RMIT University and as an Associate and Assistant Professor at DTU - Technical University of Denmark. As a founding partner of the Copenhagen Institute of NeuroCreativity, Balder contributed to the study and application of neuroscience in creativity. Balder's extensive educational background includes a PhD in Creativity from Copenhagen Business School and a Master's in Industrial Design, supported by various teaching and research roles across multiple institutions.
