With 9 experienced “big law” partners, we have one of the largest transactional practices in the US.  Our partners include large law firm vets Regina Amolsch, Valerie Brennan, Leslie Curran, Marisa Faunce, Dave Koch, Michael Laidhold, Lee Plave, Leslie Pujo, Ben Reed, and Jim Rubinger, and Of Counsel lawyer J.H. Snow III. Each of our partners have 17+ years of experience representing franchisors and trademark owners, and together, we have over 200 years of collective experience in all phases of franchise law counseling and litigation, our deep bench of seasoned attorneys and paralegals have the expertise to help emerging franchisors launch their franchise programs and to help established franchisors manage all aspects of their systems.
