Or Maymon is currently the Monetization Team Lead at Play Perfect, having previously held the position of Monetization Manager at Playtika from 2022 to 2024. In this role, Or specialized in creating and managing monetization calendars, planning events, and analyzing user data to drive revenue growth. Prior to this, Or served as a Regional Field Manager and Project Manager at ELEM/Youth in Distress in Israel, where they managed teams of volunteers and facilitated support for at-risk youth. Or holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
