Jerzy Kozakiewicz

Jerzy Kozakiewicz is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Jerzy has held prominent roles such as Head of Talent CEE at ZenithOptimedia and HR Process Optimization and Transformation Manager at PLAY, where they currently work. In past positions, Jerzy contributed as a Deputy Head of Human Resources at LOT Polish Airlines and a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte. Jerzy holds a Master’s degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and is pursuing a postgraduate degree at Uniwersytet SWPS.
