Witold Malek

Witold Malek is a Radio Network Planning and Optimisation Senior Specialist at P4, leveraging over 12 years of experience in mobile network technologies, specifically 2G, 3G, and LTE. Previously, they served as a Radio Planning Support Team Manager at Orange PL and an RF Performance Engineer at Ericsson PL. With more than a decade dedicated to creating development tools for radio network optimization and managing a team of developers, Witold has collaborated extensively with leading telecommunications equipment suppliers. They hold a degree in Radiocommunication from Warsaw University of Technology, which they completed in 2002.
