Val mc Cahey

Val Mc Cahey is an experienced airline captain currently serving at PLAY Airlines since May 2022. With a diverse background in aviation, Mc Cahey has held captain positions in various companies, including Avion Express from July 2019 to July 2022, and WOW air from January 2018 to March 2019. Prior to these roles, Mc Cahey was self-employed as a freelance captain since April 2020 and worked as captain of A320 aircraft with Aviation from April 2019 to April 2020. Mc Cahey spent over three decades at Ryanair, from August 1986 to December 2017, where responsibilities included flight operations. Educational qualifications include studies at Technological University Dublin from 1982 to 1986 and St Davids CBS Artane Dublin.
