Playa Baby is Orange County's premier mobile culinary experience, serving "the best fish AND shrimp tacos in Orange County" with a side of vibrant culture and exceptional hospitality. Born from the sands of the playa and the creative spirit of Burning Man, we blend rich traditions from Ensenada to the American South, creating a flavorful fiesta that celebrates our shared histories.

Founded by Red Feather, with deep roots in indigenous Mexican culinary traditions, and Chef Amanda Rios, a Chef Works Brand Ambassador with Southern culinary expertise, Playa Baby delivers more than just incredible food—we create memorable experiences that make everyone feel like familia.

Our 20ft mini school bus food truck and 10x10 pop-up tent bring the coastal magic of Baja to events across SoCal, offering customizable catering and vending packages perfect for corporate events, weddings, festivals, and private celebrations.
